WHEN LAST DID YOUR COMPANY CONDUCT A CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY?

Too often we forget about what the customer thinks, because we think we know. Another reason we avoid customer perception surveys is that we don’t want to hear the truth and fear the worst. And let’s admit it - ignorance is bliss!
However, a well prepared and thought-out customer satisfaction survey can actually reveal the best, and not always the worst. Asking the customer what they think about your service, products, quality, lead times, professionalism (and the list goes on); can have a tremendous impact on your business’ strategic planning.


Customer perception surveys should be a regular Marketing initiative which doesn’t cost a lot of money and is imperative to any business, both large or small.
